So, I have been patiently waiting for lighted book like that Amazon does for their Kindle. Waiting for a couple of months now. Still nothing! Not even a 'date' for delivery on one of their staple Kindle products.... Got fed up! I was not happy with the other options Amazon had... And not happy with the book lights that clip directly on the Kindle itself... I was trying to figure out how that would work with the Kindle and the cover.... Then I was at Best Buy... just browsing... And I discovered this book cover. I discovered this book cover had a convenient 'sleeve' to slide one of the M-edge book lights into... And it conveniently folds down when not in use. Completely out of the way. AND.... if you revert to and actual "old fashioned" book... You can also attach the book like (because it has a clip) to a book... Double use there! Combined... $50... But I have truly loved this. Happy I bought this set, rather impulsively, and canceled my amazon order for the lighted book cover. The quality of the book cover is better than the ones that Amazon does have available from outside vendors... The straps are better... Fold back neatly without breaking the binding... Perfect solution for those that are waiting, as I was. Overall, I do not think you could go wrong with this!
Love this cover. Love the cracked silver stylish look. It doesn't blend in where you set it down, so you cannot misplace it. Also feels like you have something "important" with you just by the look and feel. Love the comfortable feel in my hands, feels just like a book BUT better....Highly recommend.
The cover I purchased fits the Kindle perfectly. But when you add the optional light, the cover does not cover the light. I leave my light on the cover and would like for it to be covered. I have to be very careful to not damage the light since it hangs out the edge.
I knew going in this was a Kindle cover that also "fits" the Sony PRS-T1, but I expected better from M-Edge. The bottom straps cover the two side buttons and obstruct the power button and microSD card slot. It's also a bit short for the Sony which has a longer dimension than the Kindles. A 1/8" clearance on top and bottom doesn't reassure me of its protection during a potential fall or drop. This cover definitely should not be labeled as "compatible" for the Sony PRS-T1. It may be a great case for Kindles, but non-Kindle device owners should be wary.
I'm sorry you weren't happy with the fit of our Go! Jacket for the Sony PRS-T1. I am not only a Kindle addict (I've had 4 total starting w/K2) I am also an M-Edge lover/junkie! When the Touch came out last Fall, I immediately checked for a pretty cover for my new baby. I ended up getting 3 covers for it- the Latitude Remix and the GO! in copper & silver crackle. Needless to say, I love them all with the GO!s being my favourites. I plan on blinging out the silver crackle with crystals. My only regret is that the Touch GO! cover doesn't come in that gorgeous amethyst croc-embossed leather (like it did for the K3g) or on platinum as the Hampton does for the Fire (yep, got one of those, too!). I can't wait to see what comes next from both Amazon Kindle & M-Edge!
Bought this to protect my Kobo Touch. It is well designed and well made. Makes holding the Kobo in one hand similar to a paperback book. Light weight and protects the Kobo from damage when not in use.
Bought the GO Cover in Copper for my Kindle Touch. It fits perfectly and the copper is a beautiful color. It's a deep copper color, and not too shiny. The cover doesn't add too much bulk, and is easy to hold while reading. This is my third M-Edge cover for my third Kindle, and I have never been disappointed.
I just got a Kindle and got the Go Jacket from Radio Shack. My Kindle is ABSOLUTELY anchored in the cover -It is not accidentally going to fall out. The carbon color is great. It looks innocuous and does not draw unwanted attention (thieves, or other unwanted eyes). It slips inside my military ABU cargo pocket on my pants. I dropped it the other day and it totally protected my Kindle. Quality is great. I am impressed with M-Edge products and would easily buy them again. Gonna buy their light tonight.
I received this from my wife for Christmas with my new Kindle and couldn't be happier with a case. My Kindle 4 fits snugly in and it is light, yet protective. I would buy this case again!
Like Dana, I was also not happy with the selections from other vendors. Oftentimes, they had a great selection, but so many bad reviews! I was running errands, and on a whim, stopped in to Radio Shack just to see if they offered any covers or sleeves that I could actually handle and see if it would work for my Kindle. The associate was so helpful and I finally chose the microfiber leather in purple along with the light. It was just the right amount of thickness and it feels quite sturdy. Although it doesn't have a magnet or strap to hold it closed, I'm still mightily pleased with it. Thank you M-Edge (and Radio Shack)!
This jacket is simple and attractive. I especially like that it is light weight and ads very little bulk. It easily fits in my small purse. I have bought 4 Kindles for myself or as gifts and have gotten m-edge covers for all of them. I have been pleased with the quality and functionality of them all.
I have this in the cracked silver and the carbon fiber finishes. I wanted a not-too-basic black, and the carbon fiber is perfect; it looks like something Diana Rigg might have carried as Emma Peel on the Avengers (you probably have to be pretty old to remember that great series). The silver one is silly, in a good way; it makes me smile whenever I look at it ;) They're both well-made and very lightweight.

I bought 2 of these for the Sony T-1. They don't fit perfectly but are usable. I got the red and the silver. The silver is just beautiful and both are very well made. The red is not as vibrant as I had expected but is still very nice. I have the marbled red cover for the Sony 505 and I was hoping it would be that shade of red, this one has more brown tones.
Nice cover but would prefer the location of the light be on the left of the kindle instead of the right. It sticks out past the cover when stored and does not look good and could possibly get broken off.
This is my second M-Edge cover (previously had a Kindle 2). I have never seen a better cover. They are beautiful, and their quality is superior. I will buy another, if the need arises.
I received this as a Christmas gift and love it. It securely holds my reader and the cover folds back to make it easy to hold and read with one hand. I feel comfortable putting it in a purse or bag without any damage to the reader. I have the pink and orange one so it looks more like a journal than a day-planner. LOVE IT LOVE IT.
I agree with the other reviewers re: quality of construction. The cracked black is beautiful. Having the option for a light that fits the case and folds is a nice feature-- other clip-on lights are cumbersome and the Amazon lighted case I had previously proved to cease working after a time. I wish to also comment that Team MEdge has a quality customer service department.
I recently ordered the Silver Crackle cover for my new Kindle Touch. I knew I would love it because I had the same cover in silver AND gold for my K3. I actually 'decorate' these covers with stick on small stones to give them an even more sparkly appearance, even though they don't need it. It's just an extra 'touch' that everyone notices and loves. This cover is perfect in appearance, functionality, and comfort when reading either with 1 hand or 2. I'm waiting for the PINK & BLUE metallic crackle covers(please)!!!
This is now my third GO! Case, my second for the Kindle Paperwhite. I was really excited M-Edge offered a croc texture for the Kindle Paperwhite sized case, because I loved my amethyst croc GO! Case for the Kindle Keyboard. This is a beautiful and well-made case, but the texture and feel is not quite as lovely as the original amethyst and azure cases.
This is actually my second Go! Case...I purchased one (amethyst crocodile) when I had a Kindle Keyboard, and purchased the silver crackle one for my new Kindle Paperwhite. I have tried a few other cases, including the official Amazon ones, and the Go! Case really seems to have the best fit and the best feel to it. It feels sturdy and kind of luxurious. It looks very elegant, like an expensive journal or something. The only way it could be better is if they would bring back the beautiful crocodile texture Go! Cases for the Paperwhite size. I would buy yet another case in a heartbeat if that was an option!

This was my second kindle and I went back to M-Edge because the first one fit so beautifully on my 2nd generation Kindle, now with my new Kindle "Paperwhite" I ordered another one to fit and it is very nice, very nice.
This is my second M-Edge leather case and I am so happy with this one (over my previous one). The elastic straps stay securely on the top corners and the Kindle does not move within the case - it feels very safe and secure. The interior is a nice dark grey that matches my Kindle perfectly, and there is no problems with the case affecting the page button function. The cover folds back easily when reading but the binding keeps it's shape. Definitely one of the better cases out there (for function and for use). Thinking of buying another!
wonderfully manufactured. was given as a gift and the recipient LOVED it and thought it was PERFECT for his Kindle. It also coincidentally matched the cover to his Ipad.
This case fits my Kindle Touch perfectly, and is very sturdy without being bulky. The microfiber is high quality and looks good. The case itself makes your Kindle as easy to hold as a paperback, a super convenient choice for everyday reading.
I like that this cover holds the Kindle 4 snuggly and securely. It works great! The price was right, and with free shipping, and reading light it was quite the deal!
Overall this is great case. I just wish I could have known what it would feel like in my hand before I spent the money for it. The leather feels different not soft but oily and "grabby" almost sticky. This is my second m-edge and I plan on buying a third when I am ready to get a third kindle for my son.
I ordered the red GO! Jacket for my new Kindle Touch because I have come to love M-Edge's quality covers for ereaders. Not only is the bright red a gorgeous finish for my kindle, it is protective as well while in my purse. I love the shiny quality of the leather and it is not slick like some other covers I have tried, so you aren't as likely to drop the kindle or have it slide off a table. I highly recommend M-edge products for all your electronic needs.

Just like the 4 previous M-edge cases I have purchased, I LOVE this one. I bought this one for my daughter. It fits her new Kindle perfectly and is not too bulky.
I purchased this cover specifically for the color, but was a little disappointed that the cover did not protect the attached light. Otherwise i like the compact fit overall.
This is the second M-Edge jacket I've bought, my first being for the Kindle Keyboard and, most recently, this one for the new Kindle Touch. As of this writing, M-Edge manufactures one of the few jackets sized perfectly for the Kindle Touch. You can't go wrong with this one. Not only does it protect your Kindle, but it gives it a little bit of the book-like feel, which I especially enjoy.
