I had searched all over the web for a cover for my 2nd Generation Kindle. Yours was the only site I could find that actually had a picture of my Kindle, so I could match it up. There are messages at Amazon from others like me, who are under the impression that no one sells accessories for the older devices. I was told about M-Edge by a friend or I'd still be coverless.
This cover is great. It's soft leather and classy appearance makes this the perfect cover. I had a cheaper one before this and chose to upgrade to this model and I couldn't be happier. Too bad it is being discontinued.
Perfect case for travellers -- just tuck an ID, a boarding-pass, and a credit card in the pockets, and this is all you need to "Carry On"... I've had this case for over a year and I love it. Sad to see it go... and wish I could get the purse to match!!!
I have had this case for almost a year and half now have NO COMPLAINTS! Well, I do have one: M-edge stopped making cases with this exact design! The case looks professional, is durable, feels soft, protects my kindle, and has a space for the light. It doesn't add a lot of extra bulk. Many of friends have Kindles as well, so I have been able to compare my case to theirs. Mine wins every time!
I have had this case for approximately a year now. Can't say enough good things about it. It's sturdy enough to protect the screen while being compact enough to fit in a purse.
I was given the prodigy cover when I got my Kindle. I liked the look of this cover, the feel of the leather, and the pockets which I stored my book wish list. There was only one flaw for me, which may not be the same for everyone else. I found it challenging to fold my cover all the way back, so then I was fighting the cover to hold it open and use the buttons on the left side. SO I got a new cover that folded back better (also an m edge product.) Other than this one issue, I did enjoy this cover and I can tell the newer version for the next generation looks to have corrected this problem. I would get the Executive if I ever changed to a newer Kindle.
I wish that they were continuing the prodigy covers. I do not like the new ones...they look cheap but the prodigy is so rich looking. I have two and probably will buy another before they sell out. Protects the Kindle prefectly.
This jacket has a handy slot to hold the M-edge light so it's protected, also. I take this combination everywhere. It's wonderful. Great protection.
This cover is really top quality. The leather is soft and feels like good leather should feel and smell. The pockets on the inside of the front flap have become my "purse" when I go to appointments, holding my drivers license and other needed papers. I have received many compliments on the appearance of this cover. I am ordering one for a gift. Thank you for a great, useful product.
