The only thing that keeps me from getting the kindle 3 is the fact that you do not make the guardian case for it. I love this case!!!!!
The construction quality with this case is just unreal. It's up there with the best Pelican underwater cases I've used on my electronics. The latches feel very secure and I really like the rubberized back of the case to make it easy to hold in the water. I really hope people support this idea so future versions can be produced.
Seriously, it's a great case, and I'm sure you'll have more than enough bathtub readers interested to make it worthwhile.
I bought this case as a gift for my wife who is an avid reader. She likes nothing better than to read a good book while soaking in the tub or when we are the pool. This case is amazing in protecting her kindle and it floats as well. You really can't ask for anything more other than a version for the Kindle 3 so that I can get a case as well.
Please make more of these cases, it is the best case made if you are looking to water proof your Kindle 2. My family and I are avid readers and we take our Kindles on every vacation, exposing it to all types of elements. I would love to purchase this case for other members of my family too.
Nothing better for a lazy day sailing with my old kindle 2- I don't even worry about dropping it off the side, allowing me to actually relax for once! I just wish you would come out with one for my kindle 3
Not only do I use this Guardian case at the pool and the beach, but it is wonderful for a good soak in the bathtub. Once you drop a book there, you learn that it's better to be safe than sorry.
