When I first saw this case for the iPhone 4/4s on M-Edge, the iPhone 5 wasn't out yet and I didn't have an iPhone. I thought "If i get an iPhone, I want this case." I had to wait for the Alter Ego Skin to be available from M-Edge and after it did come out for the 5, I held out longer because I was hoping a bright yellow would be available if I waited. I finally decided to go ahead and order the green glow case and I really like it a lot. It does glow in the dark. The green one puts out a soft green glow that makes it easy to locate in my purse or if I leave it behind in a darkened room. It fits the phone perfectly, and it feels soft and pleasant to hold. It doesn't feel like it will slip out of my hand like some other cases do. It has some substance due to the indentations in the design of the skin. All the buttons are easy to push and work well. I like the way the bottom of the case is designed with openings for lightening, speakers, and plug for earbuds. I wish they had covers that were attached to protect the openings when they aren't in use. (I'm furious with Apple for making it impossible to use their lightning to 30 pin adapter unless the case is completely open at the bottom, but that's no one's fault but Apple's. I'd have to remove this case in order to use the adapter, which is not difficult with this case, but I don't think I should have to do that.)
I love this case! Great colors, love the glow, but what I love most is the easy on/off. Perfect case if you use iPhone accessories. I have an Olloclip I use a lot and it's nice to not have to struggle with an almost impossible to remove hard plastic case. Silicone is perfect, feels great in your hand and adds a nice non-slip feature. Stays in place and protects well, I know b/c I've dropped my phone a few times! Great design on back too. One request: Please add more color options for the SuperShell! (The only thing stopping me from purchasing both covers for my new phone is the lack of colors...oh, and bring back the yellow glow in the dark) Love your products!
