Stylish, functional, solid. Good protection for my iPad, comfortable to use. Would be nice to have a place to keep a stylus.
I spent a lot of time hunting for the perfect case for my new iPad, and this case stood out above several contenders. My main criteria in a case: 1. multiple typing and viewing angles (reading, surfing, video) 2. solid build quality (protection around the office or in a bag) 3. color (had to look cool and stand out) I love using this case. At first, I thought it would be tough to switch from landscape to portrait mode, as the plastic tab was pretty tough to unlatch. After a few tries, though, it works like a charm. This is a great feature if you are like me and plan to use the iPad in the kitchen for recipes/cookbooks. The case is really sturdy and well made. Couldn't be happier with it.
I ordered this jacket Friday afternoon and received it the next day, less than 24 hours! I was not expecting to receive this for a week. Super fast shipping! Great sturdy quality, although inserting and removing mount from jacket is a little stiff and difficult the first few times. But this is not much of a concern since I am happy with leaving iPad in jacket. Mount easily slides up and down so you can still use back camera. This is a must have if you are looking for a stylish, sturdy jacket case for active everyday use. Love the color selections! I chose the black with lime green band and am very satisfied with this company.
This case is functional and attractive. I was impressed with the speedy and cost effective shipping of the product. Always a bonus! It is built well and offers a diverse range of ways to hold and display your ipad. It was recommended to me by the technology director at my school. I just got back from a full faculty meeting and got numerous compliments on the style and functionality of my M-Edge case.
I am very impressed with the line of cases M-Edge has for the New iPad. I just purchased this Trip Jacket and find it very pleasing. It is ver sturdy when mounted. It is also very functional, having the multiple positions available. I took off a star only because detaching and reattaching the mount is stiff and feels like you might break something. Once I learn how to most effectively adjust it, it might be easier.
Love it! Wasn't expecting the magatization...it's a cool bonus! Definitely worth the money!

Customer service was great, shipping was speedy, and the case is attractive. I really wanted to like this product. However, I did not. It was extremely difficult to get the ipad in the case and once it was in, I wasn't always confident it was sturdy. After I heard it snap in, I would double check it and realize it wasn't securely attached. All it would take is one time of not being securely attached for the ipad to go crashing to the floor (and my $500 with it). My husband and a friend experimented with it as well, and agreed that the case was not a user-friendly or functional. The ipad also did not stay upright in some of the positions.
Recently purchased this case in red, and I love the look and feel of it. I was looking at a number of cases and bought this one because it was one of the most economical. I am very pleased with the quality and design.
It sounds like I'm going to break the plasctic when it unlatches. It snaps back together with a small sound and it works real easy. I'm a little perturbed that it is already $10.00 cheaper in less than 4 weeks from when I purchased it. I would recommend it.
I bought this case to replace my smart cover. It is very sturdy and well built. I have the comparable case for my Kindle and have used it for a few years. However, I found it very difficult to change my iPad from portrait to landscape. The plastic is VERY stuff. I will be returning the case because I don't have the time to battle with it to change the position of my iPad.

I ordered the purple trip jacket for my new ipad, and I love it! The purple color of the case is great; I love that it is something a little different than what most people have. I also really like the style of the case; it is very sturdy and the multiple positions/angles are very useful. My only complaint would be that the frame is very stiff and difficult to pop out of the case; however, I don't plan on removing my ipad from the frame often so it isn't too much of a concern. Overall, I am very pleased with my jacket and would definitely recommend it to others.
There is not apace to review the create your own category of cases. I LOVE M-edge cases. I have purchased several in the past as gifts and for my kindle. So, when I bought my iPad, I knew, of course, that I would buy an M-Edge case for it. I decided to branch out a little and try the "create your own" category. While I am still very happy with the quality, sturdiness, and protection of my new m-edge case, I am very disappointed in the finished product. The colors for the case did not come out well. The blacks were faded and the colors were not true as represented. Unfortunately for me, the create your own cases are non refundable. I am therefore stuck with an ugly, albeit sturdy case for my iPad. My advice to anyone searching would still be BUY M-EDGE!... Just stay away from the create your owncategory!
