I wanted a purple jacket for my iPad (3rd generation) as well as something that would 1) protect it and 2) allow it to stand up right in portrait and landscape modes. The Hampton has been outstanding. I did have some trouble detaching it from the plastic frame until I watched the video on the website more closely. It is harder to detach but attaching it is much easier. No matter what color you pick, you will have a great product!
I love the sleek, sophisticated look of this cover. But most importantly is the ability to Clip my iPad in vertically or horizontally. My only quip is the lack of no camera hole. The slide up feature, to use the camera, doesn't slide up and down as smoothly as the video shows. And it has to be put on a surface to slide up, other wise it's to hard to slide up in mid air.
I don't actually have this case.....yet but I would really like to!!! I want a case that has multiple viewing angles for both landscape and portrait modes. his has that!!! I also want a case that stands out color-wise, not just the same old purple or the same old pink but platinum!!! I am guessing that platinum is basically silver. Silver is a very unique case for an Ipad! One question though, is the Hampton case the same case shown in the video for this case???

Love this case for my ipad and the color is really pretty. Feminine without being too pink. Great case.
Received this case as a Christmas gift with my new Ipad. Nice looking and sturdy which is great since I travel a lot. Very disappointed that the case does not hold the IPad when folded open. It always slips. we added two small sticky tabs to keep the Ipad in place. Works great now and case still closes.
The Hampton is a very sturdy, attractive, and professional case for the iPad. I've gotten several comments on it after just having it a week. I like having the option to use the stand both vertically and horizontally, although I wish it gripped a little bit better (when I'm lying in bed and move a little it can slip). And it's a little clunky changing it from the one position to the other. But overall, it works well. The magnetic cover correctly blacks out the screen which is very helpful from a battery-saving perspective. I'd definitely recommend the product to others (and have).
The rasberry colour of this case is bright and attractive without being over the top. The case holds my iPad securely and enables viewing the screen in a number of different ways, which is great when not using my iPad at a desk. Overall I am very happy with this case!
I love the felt look of this case, but the u-view mounting system is a little hard to get the hang of (not as easy as they make it look in the videos).
